house buying

we are considering to buy a house in mabalacat pampanga...

now, this is the case... its a first time for me n mike to invest like this big... maybe you can give me some insights, advice, or tips in dealing with this kind of investment.. im gathering as much information as I can before we actually pay anything,,,
